These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of belink.us, public bio pages, links, QR codes, dashboards, analytics, management tools, contact forms, abuse reports, and related services. By using belink.us, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your credentials, account activity, public profile content, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. We may require verification, limit registrations, reserve profile paths, or reject accounts to protect the service.

2. Service Description and Changes

belink.us provides bio pages, profile links, link blocks, contact and signup blocks, QR codes, basic analytics, moderation tools, and related functionality. Features, limits, availability, pricing, and technical requirements may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use belink.us to create, distribute, promote, link to, or facilitate:

• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, dangerous, or malicious activity.
• Malware, phishing, credential theft, unwanted software, or security circumvention.
• Spam, unsolicited messaging, impersonation, harassment, or abusive content.
• Sexually exploitative content, content involving minors, or other unlawful material.
• Destinations that violate third-party rights, platform rules, advertising policies, or applicable law.
• Automated abuse, scraping, denial-of-service activity, or attempts to evade service limits.
• Artificial, fraudulent, or incentivized impressions, clicks, signups, or engagement.

You must not misrepresent link destinations, interfere with safety checks, evade reserved-path controls, or use belink.us in a manner that creates risk for visitors, profile owners, service providers, or belink.us.

4. Profiles, Links, and User Content

You are responsible for profile details, destinations, thumbnails, social handles, forms, offers, notes, and other content you submit. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit and use that content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, scan, display, transmit, and otherwise use submitted content as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service.

We may review, block, disable, archive, reserve, modify, or remove links, profiles, forms, messages, and accounts when we reasonably believe they create safety, legal, operational, policy, or reputational risk. Safety screening and moderation reduce risk but do not guarantee that a destination is safe, accurate, available, or lawful.

5. Third-Party Services and Destinations

Profiles may link to third-party websites, apps, payment services, stores, social media platforms, and media services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, products, policies, or practices. Opening a profile link or third-party destination is at your own risk.

6. Platform Names, Logos, and Social Links

Third-party platform names and logos may appear only to identify links to those platforms. belink.us is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those platforms unless expressly stated. Profile owners are responsible for making sure their use of third-party brand assets and social handles is lawful and not misleading.

7. Intellectual Property

The service, software, branding, design, and original content are owned by belink.us or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how information may be collected, used, disclosed, and retained. By using belink.us, you acknowledge those practices.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may investigate activity and suspend, restrict, or terminate access without prior notice when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, service limits, policy violations, or harm to third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

belink.us is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security, and uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee any profile, link, destination, analytics result, contact response, signup result, moderation decision, or safety determination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, belink.us and its affiliates, operators, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, audience, business opportunity, or third-party platform access arising from the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless belink.us, its affiliates, operators, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, destinations, use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another party's rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Singapore.

14. General Terms

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign them without our consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted, unless otherwise stated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
